Treatment for Interstitial Nephritis

Many people have not heard about the disease of Interstitial Nephritis, so here I want to introduce this disease for you.
Interstitial Nephritis, also called as Tubulo-interstitial Nephritis, is a type of Nephritis affecting the kidney interstitium or mesenchyma surrounding the renal tubules. The disease is either acute, or chonic.
Interstitial Nephritis causes are various, but the common causes include infection, reaction to medication, and this disease is also caused by other diseases, mainly containing syImmunotherapyatic diseases and metabolic diseases. The other causes are toxins and chemical toxicant, etc.
According to these causes, we propose the specific treatment plans for Interstitial Nephritis.
The first principle for the treatment is the symptomatic treatment. If we can find out the primary causes at an early time, the progression of this disease could be delayed and the harmed renal function can also improve. The most obvious example is the removal of urinary tract obstruction. Another point I want to say is that for the disease of Interstitial Nephritis, its progression speed is slower than Chronic Glomerulonephritis.
As for the other causes leading to Interstitial Nephritis, according treatments are also effective. For example, aiming at the Chronic Interstitial Nephritis aroused by bacteria, we should use the antibiotics to tackle infection. And try to select those medicines that have low toxicity to kidneys.
Regarding those types of Interstitial Nephritis induced by nephrotoxic medicines, we should stop take these medicines immediately. At the same time, use some medicines such as antidote to solve the problem.
Here I want to mention the nurse for Interstitial Nephritis. It mainly includes two aspects: 1. Temperature; 2.self-care ability. The objective for the temperature is to control it below 38.5℃.

So this is the basic introduction of the treatment for Interstitial Nephritis, hope you like it.
